Trading During Tournaments

When a tournament is live there are features in place to ensure a good competitive spirit.

  • You can buy shares in a player right up to the start of their match, and as long as you buy before they enter the pitch (even as a sub), you will be eligible for rewards if they win.

  • When a player enters the pitch, the game takes a snapshot of who is holding them with an active contract.

  • If you sell shares after this point, you will not get the rewards if they win.

  • You can benefit if other holders of the player sell during the tournament, as this would increase the rewards distributed to the remaining holders.

Example

  • At time of snapshot you have 900 Valverde Shares

  • You buy 100 more shares after he starts the match -> Total holding = 1000 shares

  • You sell 50 shares -> No penalty (snapshot remained at 900)

  • You sell another 100 shares -> Snapshot drops to 850 and will no longer be able to increase back to the 900 original snapshot.
